Dietary timing a key to overall health

Did you know it's not only what you eat but when you eat when it comes to improving your health?

"Chrono-nutrition" is the focus of this Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research study which was awarded 2020 Paper of the Year by the American College of Sports Medicine.

In the article A Time to Eat and Time to Exercise, Dr Evelyn Parr and the team examined, not just nutrition, but the relationship between nutrition timing and exercise on overall health.

The study found that exercise training and dietary timing could improve health and decrease the risk of chronic disease.
