Join us for a free seminar on habits to support long-term health hosted by the Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research at Australian Catholic University.
The evening will feature a series of short talks from Australian and International researchers, followed by a panel discussion and refreshments.
Speakers include:
Dr Evelyn Parr, Australian Catholic University - "Timing matters for metabolic health"
Prof Mattias Lorentzon, Gothenburg University - "Building better bones - the role of exercise, the gut microbiota, and osteoporosis medication"
Dr Caoileann Murphy, Australian Catholic University - "Stronger for longer: The role of diet and exercise in muscle maintenance"
