Use this form if you have received course offer and want to delay starting your studies for up to 12 months.
Deferment is not available for honours and non-award offers. Further information about deferment of postgraduate courses is available here.
What do I need to do?
To defer your offer you must complete a two-step process:
- If you have enrolled in units, withdraw from all units in the Student Portal
- Submit this form.
If your offer is for Semester 1 2024, you must submit this form before 31 March 2024 (census date). It is essential you unenroll from your units by the census date to avoid financial penalties.
