Veterans Transition Program (VTP) Student Agreement

The VTP has been designed to ease the transition into higher education for serving and ex-serving members of the defence force. In order to deliver a consistent program that meets all the outlined objectives we ask that students involved read and agree to the following.

Students within the VTP will:

  • Attend all sessions (Lectures, workshops and tutorials) within the program, unless unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances
  • If unable to attend an effort will be made to contact staff within the VTP to inform of the non-attendance
  • Will respect other students within the VTP

The aim of the VTP is to equip and to better prepare commencing student veterans with skills and experiences that they will need/use in the first year of study, this will help to ease the transition into higher education.
