IT is upgrading ACU’s eduroam wireless access on 6 September. Staff and students connecting to eduroam will need to complete some quick steps online to reconnect to the eduroam WiFi network. Find out what you need to do.
Eduroam is an independent wireless network that allows participating universities' staff and students to gain secure wireless network access at other participating institutions across Australia and around the globe.
If you are visiting another ACU campus, or a university in Australia or overseas you can use eduroam to access all the systems you use at your local ACU campus.
In Australia, 38 universities participate in eduroam, as well as a number of research institutes, hospitals, schools and cultural organisations.
IT is upgrading ACU’s wireless access on Thursday 6 September, from 6pm to 7pm.
Following the upgrade, to access the eduroam wireless network you will need to accept a new trust certificate to reconnect to the eduroam network if you use any of the following devices:
