Marketing and Communications may only consider covering the cost of photography if it is for an event where the photos will be used for media purposes or for use in publications, but this must be approved prior to the event.
If you are planning to use photographs of students in any marketing or promotional collateral for an event, it is necessary to ensure all student(s) complete a student photography consent and release form, which can be found on SharePoint.
