ACU has a centralised database of key contacts for events in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Please contact the CRM team via service desk if you would like a list produced from the system.
When compiling your event guest list, be sure to ask all relevant stakeholders and departments for their contribution. This may include the Associate Vice-Chancellor or Campus Dean, the relevant faculty or department, the guest of honour, host or VIP, external organisations, and other relevant areas of ACU. Consider the ratio of external guests to ACU staff and carefully check duplicates, spelling, titles and post-nominals.
Should you wish to invite all staff or all students (state based or national), you will need to consult with and provide a copy of the invitation to the respective Associate Vice-Chancellor or Campus Dean, or the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Students, Learning and Teaching.
We recommend referring to the staff directory on the ACU website for ACU staff contact details. Use the import guest list template to ensure you include all relevant information when compiling a guest list. The import guest list template can also be used to track RSVPs. Excel is the suggested format for the easy manipulation of data.
