I’m currently researching how Ca2+/Calmodulin Kinase Kinase 2 (CaMKK2) may promote the refractory forms of ovarian and prostate cancer. The aim of my thesis is to further characterise how CaMKK2 and a specific splice variant facilitate this pathogenesis by assessing their impact on various cellular processes, including cell growth and survival.

I’m being supervised by Dr John Scott & Dr Jon Oakhill.
