Exercise and Nutrition Research Program

Brooke Devlin is currently a Clinical Research Officer (Dietitian) within the Exercise and Nutrition Research Program. Brooke is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a background in both clinical dietetic practice as well as research. Her current research allows Brooke to be involved in a number of different projects the group is running. Specifically, Brooke is focusing on work funded by the Novo Nordisk Grant “Epigenetic control and the circadian clock: turning back time of diabetes pathogenesis” and an Alliance for Potato Research and Education Grant “Nocturnal Blood Glucose Responses to Potato-Based Mixed Evening Meals’

Additionally, Brooke is qualified to conduct Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DXA) scans for the assessment of whole body composition and is available for fee for service dietetic consultations and DXA body composition scans within the Daniel Mannix Building at ACU.
