Thesis: Enhancing Emotional Literacy: A Critical Participatory Action Research Case Study of Multiple Stakeholders’ Perspectives and Effects of a Whole-School Approach

Using positive psychology and social capital theory, this thesis examines how the quality of relationships in schools impacts on teachers’ and students’ learning and well-being. This research was conducted over three years as a case study in an Australian school.
