Thesis: Leadership at Different Levels of a Modern Police Force: A Qualitative Study of What Different Ranks Seek in Police Leaders
The thesis will examine what leadership characteristics are sought by members of the NSW Police Force. Is there a difference between ranks in the leadership characteristics required by those within the organisation? Why do they seek these characteristics and how are these leadership characteristics manifested in their experiences?
