Hannah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies at University College London before joining IPPE in 2018. She then decided on a change of direction, attending the University of Oxford as a postgraduate student on the MSc Comparative Social Policy programme.

Hannah couldn’t keep away from Sydney for long and rejoins the Institute as a qualitative researcher. Her interests include mental health and wellbeing, which she explored in her master’s thesis, ‘Constructing aetiologies of Indigenous mental health through policy: a critical discourse analysis of the Australian and New Zealand contexts’.
