ACU stipend scholarships

These stipend scholarships are funded by Australian Catholic University.

• Applications close: 11.59pm 15 October 2023 AEST
• A stipend of $29,863 per annum (full-time)
• Commencing in Research Term A 2024

Please note: The general RTP and ACU stipend scholarships are open to all applications whose research aligns with any of ACU's broad areas of expertise. The closing date for the general round is twice per annum, in late April and mid-October.

Outstanding MPhil and PhD applicants are invited in the following priority areas:

• Arts (especially history, sociology and political science)
• Education (especially educational leadership, Indigenous education, learning sciences, educational psychology, and teacher education)
• Health (especially psychology, exercise science, clinical sciences, allied health, nursing, and public health)
• Philosophy (all areas)
• Theology (especially systematic theology, biblical and early Christian studies, medieval and early modern studies, studies of religion, and Vatican II studies)
• Business (especially marketing, entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, accounting, general management, and Information Technology)
• Law (especially Law in context, criminal justice, commercial law, public law, human rights and migration law)
