Prepare for the working world with a business studies major. Choosing from accounting, marketing or human resources management, you’ll gain a broad understanding of these fields while cultivating valuable skills such as critical thinking, communication and evidence analysis. You can then diversify your degree with a second major or minor in a related area, such as economics, politics, media, international relations or an area of your choosing.
This major is ideal if you’re looking to teach business studies as a subject in Australian schools. Pair your undergraduate arts degree with a Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) as part of a double degree, or use your arts qualification as a pathway to the Master of Teaching.
