The Exercise Lifestyle Clinic provides specialised clinical exercise interventions for persons at high-risk of developing, or with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries. The clinic is student-oriented, supporting student practitioners studying postgraduate clinical exercise physiology and undergraduate exercise science to gain real world experience. All students and clients are overseen by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP’s).
The staff and students provide the following services in the clinic:
At your first appointment, we will get to know you so that we can work with you to design an individually tailored exercise and lifestyle program. This program may involve the use of facilities available at the Exercise Lifestyle Clinic, at home or community facilities. To complement our individual services, we also offer group based programs.
Monday and Wednesday, 9am – 12pm (Session duration - 1hr)
Clients book in for an initial consultation first before entering into a group setting.
