Do you have the ability to flex up your hours or work evenings? Wallara Online are looking for Online Support Coaches to join a passionate team with dynamic screen presence.

The role

We are looking for Coaches who have the ability to engage clients through the screen, are creative and have the ability to think on the spot when necessary. This is a great chance to develop a new skill set for yourself whilst helping others – Learn how to deliver classes to help clients achieve Learning outcomes; build your IT skills in an ever-growing tech savvy world; and grow your problem-solving abilities. You will learn about understanding people’s different learning styles and how to pace a class, whilst adapting to each individual during a group setting. Computer skills and ability to intuitively use platforms, such as LearnCube and Zoom are an advantage.

Requirements

  • Police check
  • Clear DWES (Disability Workers Exclusion scheme)
  • 100 points of certified ID
  • Informal interview to supply all documentation and discuss availability

When and where

This program has moved online due to COVID-19.

Two-hour shifts with some evening work from 5pm-7pm.
