The Cambodian Organization for Children & Development (COCD) aims to build stronger families for better care, protection and development for vulnerable children through education, improved livelihoods and improved access to water and sanitation.

Students will work in the Head Office with the main task of working with the program team to review current documents. Stu-dents will also meet with communities to collect information related to water and sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and economic development at the field level.

This project will be of interest to Education, Arts, Business and International Development students.


  • Students will be required to undergo a pre-departure interview
  • Working with Children Check (WWVP, Blue Card)
  • Police check
  • Medical screening


This program will incur a fee, which includes accommodation, most meals and project-related travel. Students will also be required to pay for their flights to and from their placement, visas, vaccinations and additional meals.

OS-Help Loans of up to $6,500 are available to help students with funding their overseas community engagement.
