ACU Engagement and Campus Ministry have partnered with local community organisations at each campus to ensure our donations meet specific community needs. Find out what’s needed in your community and have an impact this Lenten season.

Items collected on the Ballarat campus will be donated to St Vincent de Paul Society.

Using profits from the sale of goods at their shops, St Vincent de Paul Society provides crucial material and financial support to people in need all across Australia.

When to donate

We will be collecting donations from Wednesday February 17 until Thursday April 1.

Emmanuel City Mission is a daytime sanctuary for those experiencing disadvantage in Brisbane. The centre offers regular activities, facilities and services to assist those with a variety of needs.

Instead of winter clothing and accessories, Emmanuel City Mission have specifically requested:

Night Patrol visits the streets of Canberra and surrounds 364 nights of the year, providing engagement, material aid and light refreshments to people in need. Night Patrol volunteers engage with people by offering friendship, support and compassion.
