Informed by the ACU Strategic Plan 2023, the ACU Global Strategy 2020-2023 capitalises on the success of our existing global positioning and provides a strategic map of how we will achieve our future global priorities.
Our commitment to be a globally engaged, Catholic university will be underpinned by three key areas:
Our global landscape is volatile and ever-changing due to the impact of Covid-19. This strategy reflects this but also that in a time of uncertainty, there is a need to be bold.
Our goals to advance ACU’s mission, profile, connection and impact on the word stage remain unchanged, but the path to get there is now different.
We will focus on innovation, creating diversification in the breadth and quality of our offerings, as well as delivering an authentic digitised global experience that is truly integrated into the learning experience.
Will build on our global profile and ensure that ACU has a clearly articulated vision and mission internationally. We will strengthen and deepen our international partner network and continue to increase our profile in the Asia Pacific region.
Will grow our international enrolments, deepen our partnerships and increase diversification, as well as ensure ACU is connected to the global community overseas and domestically through our alumni and stakeholders.
Recognises ACU’s position as a leading Catholic institution and ensure we are continuing to deliver global impact through our research intensification, community engagement and academic excellence in collaboration with our international communities.
