Teaching Organisation 2 hours per week for twelve weeks or equivalent.

This unit introduces students to questions of identity and mission in Catholic service agencies. It explores the transformative work of faith-based agencies in the light of their mission and their partnership with the Church. The practices of the agencies will be examined in the light of Catholic social teaching as it has been applied in the various fields of human services in Australia.
