Teaching Organisation A range of teaching/learning strategies will be utilised consistent with unit objectives. Strategies will ensure flexible delivery and may include lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, workbooks, teleconferencing, videoconferencing and email.

This unit is an introduction to the methods, skills and philosophical issues involved in the research of leadership issues. The unit is designed to assist adult students develop the understandings and skills they need to gather, analyse and interpret information for effective leadership roles including decision-making. It will help them become more confident, critical and professional in their study of questions and issues within their total program as well as in their use of relevant scholarly publications and other information sources in their own professional roles as graduates.
