HRMG303 Organisational Change

Prerequisites Completion of 120 credit points including HRMG100 Management and People
Incompatible PERS303 Organisational Change
Teaching Organisation 3 hours per week for twelve weeks or equivalent.

The scope of this unit will embrace organisational culture, organisational change and renewal, intervention strategies, empowerment, team development, organisational transformation, learning, sustainability, and the management of the change process. Social responsibility and ethical issues and their application to organisational change and change management are also a key consideration in this unit. Although students may have been introduced to some of these areas in various units, this unit will extend the range and depth of knowledge in selected topics.
