Teaching Organisation 150 hours of focused learning.

This unit critically examines organisational culture and management theories and concepts that are fundamental to creating an environment that supports the individual and the healthcare organisation. Various issues and factors that impact health care management roles within different types of organisational culture will be examined. The unit will also critically analyse various behaviour management and motivational theories and provide students with the opportunity to apply the principles and strategies in the management of employees within the healthcare organisation.
