HLSC601 Interpreting and Applying Evidence

Teaching Organisation 150 hours of focused learning.

This unit provides the opportunity for students to develop an advanced capability to assess clinical practice situations and to evaluate and apply relevant evidence. Students will develop advanced knowledge and skills for searching and critiquing relevant research literature with a view to evaluating practice. The unit will enable students to promote a culture of inquiry within the practice setting and to make informed clinical judgements utilising all levels of evidence.
