If you have completed a minimum of two units from recognised higher education level study (eg AQF bachelor degree level and higher), you will be assigned a selection rank based on the level and duration of your study, as well as your Grade Point Average (GPA).
What if I have multiple ranks?
If you have several selection ranks calculated (eg ranks based on Year 12 results, VET study, higher education study, employment), you will generally be considered for entry to ACU on your highest rank (some course exceptions may apply).
For the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Speech Pathology, applicants who have undertaken higher education study at bachelor level or higher with one full year completed will be considered on the basis of the selection rank from this study.
Can I get credit for prior learning?
We provide credit or recognition of prior learning where previous studies or experience has been completed and is relevant to the program of study. Application for credit is made after receiving an offer to study at ACU.
Completed bridging or enabling course
ACU accepts completed bridging and Tertiary Preparation Programs (TPP). You should apply through your TAC and provide evidence of your bridging qualifications to be considered for a place at ACU.
