What can Blackboard do?
Blackboard is a Learning Management System with a range of functions. Some of the things you can do in your online unit include:
- View and download content
- Interact with your lecturer and fellow students via a range of communication tools (e.g. asynchronous discussions, live chat, blogs etc)
- Undertake assessments and upload assignments
- Track your progress and grades
Your lecturer will design your unit and include the functions suitable to your class, depending on whether you are studying fully online or not.
Try to undertake the Student eLearning Tutorial as soon as you can to familiarise yourself with studying online.
