Quick help with Blackboard
If you have technical questions about Blackboard, help is available via
- completing and submitting an Online support form accessible under Campus Bookmarks on your My Blackboard screen (the first screen after log on). When you submit this form you will be contacted as soon as possible by the ACUOnline support staff to answer your questions and provide you with information based on your specific needs and goals.

- phone the HelpDesk on 1800 730 288. Operating times are Mon - Fri 8am - 10 pm (AEST); Weekends and Public Holidays 9am - 5pm (AEST).
