Malmo University, Sweden
Malmo University was founded in 1998 and is a young, modern and international university. With around 24, 400 students, their mission is to be an active hub of research, education and innovation that benefit a global society. They are known for their courses in Human Rights and Migration and Ethnic studies. Malmo University is located right in the heart of Malmo city which is the 3rd largest city in Sweden and is ranked the 4th most innovative city in the world by Forbes.

Malmo offers limited courses in English in the following areas:
- Art, Design and Media
- Business Administration and Economics
- Health Care
- Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences
- Social Work and Welfare
A full-time semester load at Malmo is 30ECTS which is equivalent to 1 semester full-time at ACU (40cps).
The subjects at Malmo can be worth 7.5, 15 or 30ECTS and your schedule may be:
- 1 x 30ECTS subject
- 2 x 15ECTS subjects
- 4 x 7.5ECTS subjects
or any combination of these.
Some subjects are not run at the same time – for example: if you are taking 2x15ECTS subjects you may take the 1st subject for the first half of the semester, then the 2nd subject for the second half of semester. Therefore you need to be careful of the schedule when choosing your Malmo subjects.
