Faculty Reports

This section provides access to reports which can currently be downloaded into HTML or Excel format. All staff have access to Faculty Reports. Other reports currently available directly from Banner will still be able to be accessed from Banner.
The reports currently available are:

  • Course Participants - produces in excel
  • Student Schedule - produces in HTML or Excel
  • Unit Enrolment Student list - produces in Excel
  • ACU Class List - produces in HTML or Excel

Course Participants Report

This report provides a spreadsheet output listing all the students enrolled in a particular course for a particular term at a particular campus. You can also request the email and/or address details for each of these students. Staff should utilise this report to get the mailing details for students enrolled in their courses.

Student Schedule Report

This report provides the enrolment information for students enrolled in a particular course for a particular term at a particular campus. The output can be requested in spreadsheet or HTML format.

Unit Enrolment Student List Report

This report provides a classlist for a particular unit on a particular campus. Staff may also request the email and/or address details for each student on the classlist. Staff can utilise this report for mailing/emailing details to students in a particular unit. This report is only available in spreadsheet format.

ACU Class List Report

This report also provides a classlist for a particular unit on a particular campus but will include the date students were enrolled in the unit. This report can be requested in spreadsheet or HTML format.
