It is important to keep a record of any changes made in Course Progression to a student’s record.
Click on the Notes tab, and click on Add Note.
It should be noted at the top of this section, that there is a box called ‘not available to student’. If this remains unticked, the student will receive this message at the bottom of their Audit.
If you do not wish the student to see this note, please ensure you tick the ‘not available to student’ box.
You can chose the prescribed Note from the dropdown list or you can type directly into the text box.
When completed add your initials and the current date.
Click Save Note.
Notes may also be modified or deleted as required.
