HR Benchmarking
ACU participates in benchmarking with the Australian university sector, through membership of the Universities HR Benchmarking Program conducted by the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). The Program provides member universities with an insight into where they are positioned, in relation to the sector, for a range of HR measures.
These measures include staffing ratios, female participation, turnover, recruitment, unscheduled absence, academic qualifications and promotions, age and length of service.
Please note that the 2009 report presents data for the four years 2005 to 2008.
