Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP) Information Sessions
14th Nov 2016 – 29th Nov 2016
ACU is pleased to sponsor a guided cohort to undertake the 2017 ACU Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP). This program is designed for new and aspiring tertiary education managers to develop their skills, knowledge and capacity to lead and manage effectively in the rapidly changing tertiary education environment.
Whilst ACU have been running internal eLAMP programs using the online modules for several years, this sponsored and guided program run by the LH Martin Institute is different. To find out more about the program staff are invited to attend an information session (1.5 hours) presented by Dr Heather Davis, Program Director Awards, LH Martin Institute. Dr Davis will provide an overview of the eLAMP and be available to answer questions. Register for one of these video conferences via staff connect.
Program Features This program is made up four online study modules, which are enhanced by a series of face-to-face workshops and a final work-based project. The workshops and project make up a bridging program which enables participants to enroll in an LH Martin Institute Graduate Certificate course.
