In 2011, ACU’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Greg Craven initiated an external review of the Campus to assess Signadou’s current state of operations. The findings highlighted several operational difficulties, and the recommended actions stemming from the review have since been endorsed by the Vice-Chancellor and Senate.
On Tuesday 4 September, the Vice-Chancellor announced the establishment of a new role at the University, Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor, tasked with researching, developing and implementing a new model for the Canberra Campus moving forward.
Message from the Vice-Chancellor
“We need a new model for the Canberra Campus. A model that will ensure it can continue to contribute to, and support, the Canberra and broader community for many years to come.”
