As part of our service improvements we are providing 2019 access to Web Room Booker earlier than in previous years. From 22 June you can access the Web Room Booker site to place 2019 booking requests. Web Room Booker is the portal for booking spaces for non-teaching activities such as meetings and videoconferences across the University giving you control over your booking.
A few tips about how to get the best out of Web Room Booker
Check a room’s availability by looking on the 2019 Web Timetable; you may save yourself some time before trying to book a room.
Teaching spaces are available for ad-hoc bookings, however keep in mind the embargo period around the main teaching semesters.
Sometimes less is more; if a room is not showing in the available options try removing any extra venue requirements you may have placed on your search.
If you are no longer require your booking you can cancel this in the ‘my bookings’ section of Web Room Booker, which allows someone else to have that space.
The Room Bookings team is always available to help you with any enquiries that relate to securing an appropriate space that meets your needs.
