Active lifestyles have been shown to promote physical, social and cognitive health. We are conducting a research study to help us better understand the factors in a neighbourhood that would promote an active and healthy lifestyle for mid-aged and older adults.
We are would like to hear from you if you are:
Aged 55 years or older (no upper age limit)
Able to walk outside your home with or without the assistance of a walking aid
Willing to wear four small devices monitoring physical activity, sleep, sitting and location over seven days
Fill out a time use diary on at least three of the seven days.
Participants completing the data collection session will receive a gift voucher as thanks for their assistance.
