Tip of the Week - PRP for Professional Staff

The Performance Review and Planning (PRP) process provides a key framework at ACU in building a culture of performance excellence which requires the alignment of each staff members work with organisational and strategic priorities.  Professional staff and their supervisors meet to discuss their performance over the previous review period, decide performance objectives and the professional development and career plans for the coming year.

Your attendance at an information session will enable you to prepare for the PRP discussion and includes practical tips and hints to assist at each stage of the process.

This session will cover:
  • An overview of the PRP process and the PRP cycle
  • Preparing for the performance review discussion
  • Developing SMART performance objectives that align with ACU strategic goals
  • Tips for discussing professional development and career plans

This session will be conducted via videoconference at all campuses and there is no cost for attendance. Please be in your local campus videoconference room five minutes prior to the starting time.
