For additional video conference support after week three, please submit a request via the IT Service Portal (login with your ACU username and password).
From the homepage of the portal, please go to ‘Request Something’, select ‘Categories’, then ‘Collaboration and Communication. Click on ‘Video Conferencing’ and select ‘Video conference IT Assistance’ and complete the online form.
What does this mean?
Ad-hoc lecture support is unaffected - continue to request support as you have in the past.
All video conference lecture rooms have a phone with local IT support number to call if there are issues, many rooms can be helped remotely to provide faster support for your class.
