A Simulation Services support line is now providing in-class support across all ACU campuses. This is the latest addition to the suite of support services offered by Professional Experience Services (PES) to all Schools in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Manager of Simulation Services Beatrice D’Souza said: “The support line offers in-class Simulation Services support in real time to academic staff across all Schools.”
She added that a direct line on each campus ensures that academic staff are now able to call and receive immediate support from local simulation services technical staff with the expertise to assist with their query.
“The support line will be especially valuable when academic staff need in-class assistance with new and additional features of our simulation technologies. In these situations, the technical expertise of our Simulation Services staff will now be accessible on demand,” Beatrice said.
National Head of PES Joanne Cameron said that the support line is another example of PES’s commitment to service.
The Simulation Services Support Line is open from 7.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday during semester, and from 8am to 4pm outside semester (closed public holidays and the Christmas closure period). Please see the table below for your dedicated campus Support Line number.
