The Office of Student Success seeks to contribute to the implementation of the Australian Catholic University Mission through the development of a rich, enjoyable and diverse campus culture, engaging students, staff and the wider community in a vibrant and dynamic campus life.
The Associate Director, Student Programs, will work strategically within the Office of Student Success in promoting student programs that enhance and enrich the student experience. The Associate Director will have the direct responsibility and oversight for Student Enrichment, Student Advocacy, Student Retention Programs, Orientation Programs and Leadership and Culture.
We are seeking an energetic and creative leader who possesses an in-depth knowledge and understanding of student engagement. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership and management at a senior and strategic level; managing multiple projects; and developing and delivering innovative programs and services.
Reporting to the Director Office of Student Success, the Associate Director will drive student centric initiatives that foster a student focused culture which is in line with the Mission, Vision and goals of the University.
