Participants wanted: Understanding psychological issues related to occupational health

James Halpin (student researcher) and Dr Carina Chan (supervisor) are currently seeking participants who wish to take part in a project that aims at understand the relationships between psychosocial factors and wellbeing in the workplace.
You will be required to complete a survey that will take approximately 30 minutes and there will be a brief 10-minute follow up survey in two months’ time. After completion of both surveys you will then have the opportunity to go into a draw to win one of five $20 Westfield vouchers. Results from this study can help inform future interventions to promote staff health and wellbeing.
To participate in this research you must meet the following criteria:
- Over 18 years old;
- Currently working full-time or part-time (more than 25 hours per week);
- Your role at work predominately consists of the following tasks: administrative tasks, personal assistant duties, data entry, research, filing, report writing, and human resources management, or other.

Interstate participants will be emailed an anonymous unique survey link to complete the survey online via Qualtrics. Participants from Brisbane will have the option of completing the survey online, or attending a scheduled session on campus to complete the survey via paper and pen. If you are interested in completing the survey in person then please contact the student researcher further information regarding scheduled session times.
