Staff at the Melbourne and Strathfield campuses are invited to take part in free six week exercise clinics starting in September.
The clinics are being run by Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology students, under the supervisions of accredited exercise physiologists.
Participants will receive six face-to-face consultations, which include a comprehensive physical health assessment and an individualized, goal-directed exercise program, to the value of up to $400.
No minimum level of fitness is required to take part in the clinics.
The programs commence at both campuses on Wednesday 13 September and consultations will be held each Wednesday over the following five weeks, concluding Wednesday 25 October.
Consultations run for an hour, with appointments available between 4pm – 7pm at the Strathfield Campus and 4.15pm – 7.15pm at the Melbourne Campus.
