Working collaboratively using DISC
The DISC profile is the most widely used behavioural model in the world. DISC is a tool that helps people understand the different behavioral styles people use when communicating and interacting with others. Staff are invited to attend this workshop that will introduce the DISC model in a highly interactive process of self-discovery and insight. Participants recognise themselves and others as behavioral patterns are described and discover a way of talking about differences in a positive, non-judgmental way.

At the end of the Workshop learners will be able to:
Understand the DISC Model
Identify core behaviours for each style
Understand their personal behavioral style and how it affects the way they relate, communicate, motivate, and work with others
Recognise, understand, and appreciate other people’s behavioural styles
Adapt their behavior to improve their interactions with colleagues
Appreciate people's differences and use them as an asset, not a source of conflict
Name preferred communication for each style
Apply acquired knowledge to enhance relationships
