ACU Survey Monkey account to close in December

The ACU Survey Monkey account ‘acusurveys’ will be retired at the end of this year.

Staff and students using the ACU survey monkey account should take the following steps:

  1. Export survey results (via the analyze results area) and save them for future reference
  2. If the survey is still required, re-create the survey in Qualtrics

The University’s preferred survey tool is Qualtrics, and staff are encouraged to set up any new surveys (or those that are in Survey Monkey and are still needed) in Qualtrics.

Qualtrics provides richer functionality than the ACU survey monkey account and allows staff and students to create their own accounts by logging in with their ACU credentials.

How do I sign up to Qualtrics?

  1. Navigate to https://acu.qualtrics.com/ControlPanel
  2. Log in with your acu credentials (ACU network log in and password)
  3. Start creating surveys
