ACU’s Flemish glass panel, c. late 15th century is presently featured at Gertrude Contemporary among the work of contemporary Australian artists, in the exhibition Great Movements of Feeling curated by Zara Sigglekow for the Melbourne Next Wave Festival, 2018.
The artwork selected for this experimental and ambitious project explores the theme of ‘emotion as a force, both cognitive and sensorial, that occurs between things: people, concepts and object’.
ACU Curator, Caroline Field attended the exhibition opening with Zara Sigglekow and Artistic Director, Gertrude Contemporary, Mark Feary.
The exhibition continues until 16 June at Gertrude Contemporary, 21-31 High Street, Preston South. All welcome.
