Assumed Constraints - learn to recognise those perceived barriers we can have and how to make them into positive commitments;
Points of Power - learn the five sources of power at work you have and how each can be activated to help achieve your goals and experience greater autonomy and competence;
Proactive Conversations - learn how to seek the direction and support you need; learn how to proactively ask your manager for the leadership style you need to succeed.
By attending this program, you will have access to:
The SLII® App - a smartphone app that helps learners diagnose their development level for a goal/task and understand how to ask for the leadership style that you need to succeed;
Self-Leadership Toolkits - toolkits available to allow the skills learned to be implemented with your manager.
