This presentation provides knowledge and tools for understanding the diverse nature of the workplace, and how individual differences can be harnessed to foster healthy working relationships. Participants will be given an opportunity to explore the challenges in working with individual differences, and the ways in which our perceptions can influence our reactions to difference. The session also explores practical communication skills to facilitate improved relationships and for having professional, respectful discussions when working with others who are different to us.
