Unsatisfactory Progress

Enrolments Fees and Scholarships (EF&S) develop templates for each category, these are available in the Course Coordinators Manual. If you are communicating with students regarding unsatisfactory progress it is recommended that you use the templates provided to ensure ACU meets compliance requirements with various Government departments.

It is important to note that EF&S must be advised if and when a student initiates an appeal regarding their termination, as well as the outcome of that appeal.

Following the lapse date of appeal, if no appeal is initiated, or when advice is received that the appeal was unsuccessful, EF&S Section will assign a 'TS' (Terminated Student) status to the student's record in Banner. The TS status is applied at the end of the study period in which the appeal was finalised.
