Academic Staff Performance Review and Planning Program (PRP) Information Sessions for Supervisors
Now is the time to plan for the annual Academic PRP meetings and these information sessions have been designed for both new and existing supervisors and staff to assist you in the preparing for these meetings. The information sessions will include an overview of the process which has recently been updated to include the linking of the Research Performance Review and Plan (RPRP)with the PRP process where applicable. The sessions will also provide tips and hints either as a supervisor or a staff member for each stage of the process.
Leadership Competency Framework for Supervisors - Leads Our Future Success
The Leadership Competency Framework is one of the ways in which ACU is investing in the future of its people by developing Leadership capability across the University. As a supervisor you play a vital role in growing and contributing to organisational success. Leadership competencies are important for the enhancement of personal, team and University performance. Attending this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and tools to build skills in these capability areas.
This session ‘Recruitment and Selection for Managers and Supervisors’ is designed to provide support to Managers and Supervisors involved in recruiting staff at ACU; particularly those new to ACU or who have recently become Managers or Supervisors.
Other staff involved in participating on selection panels and those who provide administrative support to the recruitment and selection process are encouraged to attend.
These workshops are intended for staff who are yet to complete Supervisor Accreditation and are interested in seeking accreditation to supervise Higher Degree by Research candidates. There are four modules to complete - with two conducted face-to-face and two via online training.
