Tip of the week: Stress down this Friday

ACU is supporting Lifeline’s Stress Down Day this Friday 25 July and is encouraging staff to find more ways to incorporate humour into daily life. Laughter and positive energy help us to stress less and enjoy our time both at work and at home more.

In conjunction with our Employee Assistance Program provider, AccessEAP, the University is hosting a stress management webinar this Friday 25 July. The webinar will be run twice - once in the morning and once at lunchtime - to enable more staff to participate at a time that best suits them.
The webinar will look at the impact of stress and to give practical strategies for managing stress effectively in everyday life.
