Building Healthy Relationships at Home and at Work

Our relationships with others impact on all aspects of our lives. Understanding what works and what doesn’t in building and maintaining effective relationships will positively impact on our feelings of wellbeing and also those around us.
The workshop will be conducted by an experienced facilitator from Access EAP, the University’s Employee Assistance provider. The session explores how to build healthy relationships in both the workplace and in participants’ personal lives and will consider common issues that can impact negatively on relationships. The seminar will provide guidance that can assist participants to build and strengthen their relationships using a blend of interaction, exercises and information to support participants’ learning.
